África Magnífica

I love and appreciate Nick Brandt’s photography even more after learning more about his foundation Big Life, a non-profit organization dedicated to conserving Africa’s wildlife and ecosystems. Since its inception in September 2010, Big Life has hired over 120 rangers, built 14 outposts, and purchased 13 night-vision equipped vehicles in an urgent response to the recent dramatic escalation in poaching across much of Africa. All the proceeds from the sale of these stunning prints are being donated the foundation.
